Drank all of my water! Walked for 30 mins on my lunch break! Logged all of my food! Stayed under my calories! Long work night, not much "me time".... but 4 outta 5 aint bad!!!

So far so good, but the weekend is coming and that part of the week always gets me. So I am planning all of our meals now, so I can head to the grocery store and be prepared....(No relying on McDonalds to feed my family this weekend :wink: ) BMK Challenge 20 Calf raises down...I am a little behind, but I'll catch up!…
