Hello Group, This morning was my weigh in, I weighed at 159 pounds. I started at 165 now 159. The week has been challenging, I stayed within my calorie goal, I added some new exercise to my routine. I also increase workout time. So its looking bright, trying to maintain and reach my goal of 130 pounds by May 1. Salome

Day 6, Still at it, I'm maintaining. Did my sit-ups routine; did cardio this morning, I walk for an hour before going to bed, just to burn off some calories. Waking up at 5am to start the day with a morning run about 3 miles at 10min/mile pace. Already planned out my meals for the day. I think that planning the meals help…
