Yeah, usually when mine stops I jog in place or something, so It's not like i'm not moving at all times.

Hey guys! Welcome! I myself have a long journey to go, and have also came a long way. I started at 410 pounds in 2010. I am now down to 313. I also take my curr/pit mix on walks with me. We do two miles around my neighborhood the nights I don't feel like going to the gym. Sadly weather permits that though, in florida it rains a lot in the summer so we are gonna have to work around it.
