We are in the same boat. Im 4"11 and I weigh 148 and I find it difficult to keep eating clean because for me that would mean eating the same few healthy meals that I know/like. All the tempting crap food in the house doesnt help either. I keep trying to remind myself that im eating for fuel and not for satisfaction. I wish…
