For me, 2 cups of coffee with Baileys fat free irish cream coffee creamer and a Dannon Greek fruit on bottom yogurt. I used to eat regular yogurt, but switched to greek a couple of months ago since it makes me feel full longer.

ooohhh I like that idea! I think I will make that my goal for next winter! Right now, I have 4 pants and a dress hanging in my closet in descending sizes that are my goals. I used to have 6 pants, but in the last 2 months, I have moved 2 of them over the rack of what I wear now...YAY!! :happy:

I usually wear a 3 1/2 inch heel a couple times a week and do alot of walking in them and standing. Go to zappos.com and search for Sofft brand shoes...they are the BEST for comfort and also very stylish. I can't wear cheap heels, not even for a few minutes. If you spend a little more and get good shoes, you will be comfy…

I have a leg magic machine that I use a few minutes a day mixed in with my workouts. I am noticing my outer thighs are improving, inner not so much, but I am still a work in progress. I have bad knees, so I am not able to do squats or lunges.

Yes, this is a different scale. I weighed January 16th on my sister's scale. It is possible that scale was weighing too light and I really have lost a few pounds, I just don't know it. I will start only weighing on my new scale and see what happens.

About 4 years ago, I threw away my scale because I had become a slave to it. But since I have been working so hard, I went out to Walmart last night and bought one, and I kind of wish I hadn't.
