Awesome:) Thanx everyone! Yeah I'll need a variety..chocolate is a weakness of mine usually..so having a "treat" tea is a good idea. I bought Peppermint today since I have nausea regularly....I have Green tea,and Red Raspberry too...So i'll go buy some others and make my "tea stash"...lol

Oh-Em-Gee! yeah its just crazy...because 1 lb seems so small on the scale...but i cant imagine putting all those 1 lb "blobs" back onto my body!lol...every lil 1 lb blob is awesome to lose:)

thanx everyone:) yeah i do plan on fruits and veggies..ill grab a bunch on friday when i go shopping.for sure need to cut back on the cheese,and sour cream lol....:P And i do drink more water..just forget to track it sometimes.....oops!

lol....not really there....need to up that!my kids eat fruit as soon as it enters our doors though...i know i need to up my veggies intake..going grocery shopping friday..anything i should change?

oh and i do exercise at least 45 minutes a day..including the 30DS level 1 4 days a week..with misc cardio in between;)
