My schedule for Friday & Saturday is a kitchen rip out and re-fit, so I'm unlikely to get to the gym. But as you can imagine, I'll be spending both days doing a serious DIY project so hope to get a reasonable burn in. I aim to hit the gym Sunday for a good double cardio session! Well done on the Feb burns so far peeps! x

Mon, Weds, Fri, - 1 hour rowing/elliptical, plus upper body weights. Tues, Thurs - 90 minutes aquajogging Sat/Sun, whatever I feel like doing. Its not set in stone, I rest when I need to.

Went bald on top aged 25 so I shave it to make it look good. It's how I am now, I'd not have hair again even if I could. And yeah , some ladies do love it!

Hi Jane, how does this work? Is it distance based or calories burned? I ask as I don't run, I row, crosstrain and weight train. So my distances aren't great but my burns can be. I swear by porridge (oatmeal) and my new best friend, pineapple cottage cheese. They're filling, low fat and good for curbing sweet cravings.

It's porridge in Great Britain and I eat it everyday, sometimes for lunch too. I use instant porridge oats sachets in the various flavours they come in. I like mine with water not milk and eat it piping hot!

I'm with you on this. Can't see myself in neon colours but I'd wear wrist sweatbands. I feel an eBay purchase coming on. Think I'd give a headband a miss, not a good look on a baldie :) You can buy double width wrist sweatbands too.
