Sorry! I forgot to include this: SW: 125 GW: 115 (We will see how this goes!) I'm mainly wanting to lose inches in my upper thighs and lower back. I'd also like to see definition back in my abs (if at all possible), arms, and legs. I'd like to look better in my clothes and feel better about myself.
