Love Jazzercise. Only get to go 3-4 times a week, but just love it. It's the only workout I have found that I enjoy and will stick with. Was just out for a month because of an injury and vacation. Just got back and felt like I never left. Wonderful group of ladies who just love to dance.

Hey, would love to be added. I ma 5'2" with 80 lbs to lose. I'm also 50+ and on several meds which adds to my weight lose difficulty. I have been on MFP several different times, but am trying to maintain my focus. Would love to be apart of your team.

We call those BLT's. (bites, licks, tastes). And yep, I add them to my log because they can add up fast if you don't.

Some great recipes on here for breakfast sandwiches/burritos you can make ahead. Throw in the microwave as you head out the door.

Cats cannot tolerate cows milk after they are a couple of months old. Causes nasty intestional issues. Over time, can make them seriouly ill.

Your friend was abusing her animal. Cats are carnivores. Talk to any vet. She needs to get over it and let you care of the animal as you see fit.

When I eat anything w/lots of carbs, oatmeal, bread, etc., I can hardly keep my eyes open. Used to have "healthy oatmeal" for breakfast and couldn't understand why I was falling asleep on my way to work. Diagnosed T2, no more carbs without protein, no sleepy problems.

It doesn't matter. You might want to talk to you Dr, though. Even with a Mirena, TOM should be fairly consistent. Good Luck!

Your scale is what you use. Right or wrong, its consistent. Calibrate it with a bag of flour or something along those lines. Even if your scale isn't totally accurate, did he answer your question based on what you told him? I mean can it really be THAT much off? No one believes I weight what I do either. Good Luck!

Hi, I'm 54, and have just started my MFP journey to lose abut 80 lbs. In the throes of menopause and it seems impossible, but I am determined. Have lost 5 lbs in 3 weeks, but I refuse to give up. MFP is keeping me on track. Good Luck to everyone!
