My goal weight was always 140. I don't know why, just was. But the older I get, 40 now, and the longer I've been part of this MFP community, the less I'm concerned with weight - and the more I want to look good. So now I really don't have a "goal weight" per se anymore - I have a "goal body"

Last week was great for me - but then derailed by work this week :\ Grrr - travelling for the next 4 days. Thinking I'll just start Day 1 over again on Tuesday. Loved it last week so excited to start over!!

That's me almost every day. I change completely - I use lots of wipes, deodorant, body spray and a hair dryer to get my hair back to semi-normal. :) It's my only time to do it and really don't care that I look pretty before lunch - and not so much after lunch. My co-workers are used to it by now so no wierd looks :)

Be patient. It took me 10 months to lose 30lbs and now I've been stuck the last 7 months. Change up your workouts, change up your meals - but be patient and don't give up!

Hi!!! MN here!!!! I do alot of DVD's and still try to run outside a couple times a week. Especially last winter was awesome! Just bundle up!

Don't give up. I lost 30lbs in 9 months and now NOTHING in 7 months!!! I still have 20lbs to go and I'm not giving up!!!

I record mine as a 1 calorie burn. That way I still "see" that I burned, but I don't log the calories. I put my actual calorie burn from my HRM in my exercise notes section for my further reference.

I just got mine - just started using on Friday. I think I over-estimated what my level is.... :( Although my weekend was a little calm. So I'm anxious to see what this week brings - I'm planning on a "normal" week.
