I would agree. However, from my experience, I went from eating ~3000 calories a day and going to bed hungry, to struggling to reach 1500 in a day. I go to bed FULL, and wake up still satisfied. Light breakfast, light lunch, heavier dinner, but all low carb, high fat and some protein. The percentages being around…
