  • I don't understand why people eat their exercise calories.. There's no point in working out if your going to eat them. As long as your over the necessary 1200 calories a day and eat a healthy well balanced diet you'll lose weight at a nice steady pace! I agree, I sometime use mine as a cushion just in case I fancy a treat.

  • In a bowl, mix 1 tsp of horseradish with 2-3 tsp with low fat fromage frais, good pinch of sea salt and good grind of black pepper. Some grated lemon rind and a good squeeze of lemon juice.
