we only need 10-20% of our calories to be from protein. Anything extra is just that, extra. If your trying to bulk up then sure, protein OD all day.

Her body, her choice. She wasn't forced into the adult industry, she chose it. She wanted to go to duke and she chose to pay for it this way then alright. Do what you gotta do. If I had the body, self esteem, sex drive and wasn't in a relationship I'd do it. Why not, easy money.

Haven't been in years but when I did go it was always breakfast foods. Sausage egg biscuit or croissant and a bacon egg biscuit or croissant.

MFP is just a guide. You have to be able to make the right choices. Your the only one who can stop yourself from over indulging. I know how to eat healthy and exercise. I just like tracking numbers. I don't really need MFP but it's kinda fun. I still get shocked by how many calories are in some things though.

Currently a massage therapist. I don't know what my dream job would be. I'm a creative person and I work best when given long projects to work on. I'm very detailed. I like designing things. Not sure where that will lead.

The people who do "fine" on 1,200 a day also log "cleaning, cooking and standing as exercise.". I stuck to 1,200 for a week once. Lost 3 pounds. I spent the next week non stop bingeng and gained 5 back. Lovely.

I LOVE overnight oats. Ok here are a few I make. These are single servings for just me, you can double or triple it. You can use almonds instead of walnuts if you like. Makes mine heavier but I don't let that stop me from working out. I don't work out the heaviest day (TMI) because I would go through a super tampon and a pad in an hour.

A few days ago select items were $12.99. Lots of protein powders, meal replacements, vitamins. Many items are also being shipped with a flat rate $1.99. Wish I had some money right now, I'd get some quest bars.

5'8 sorry I don't know how to post pics. Highest-180 Lowest-135 CW:145 Goal:125 Took me about 2 months to get from 180 to 145, Then developed bulimia and spent years bouncing between 135-160. Fun. So now i'm trying to focus on controlling my diet and losing body fat.

Well some people log things they shouldn't like cooking, cleaning and sex. Add the 100-200 youd get from that to the actual work out and it adds up. I burn 475 on the elliptical in 45 minutes or so it says. Then 15-30 minutes circuits. If I were to add the walking around town or "work" Which I have seen I'd have a high…

The more I work out the more I hungrier I get. The hungrier I get the more likely I am to overeat/Binge. So the more I exercise, the more I eat, the more I GAIN. This is something I have noticed in my years of trying to lose weight.

I went from 180 to 135 (lowest), currently 145. I don't really see a difference between 145 and 180. I did see a little change at 135. Not sure if it helps but I'm 24 and 5'8. I want to get to 120-130.

Calories in Vs calories out = weight loss. Yes. Quality = health. Don't try to change the subject people. Everyone knows this isn't healthy, just talking weight loss.
