What are some good tires for long distance driving? Do I need to go to a tire store? I don't have a lot of money to spend. Will a set of tires from walmart work?

You have do drive your car in the morning , it keeps the engine Revved up. If you don't your car will run sluggish all day and won't get the performance, you car might even go into starvation mode by lunch.

If you have only been lifting for 3 months? I wouldn't worry about direct trap and forearm work right now. I would work on compound lifts and proper form. Doing compounds you will hit them indirectly yet effectively.

So far my PR is only 365 lbs. ( raw, no belt, no straps, double overhand grip ) I'm hoping in a couple of months to hit over 400 lbs.

good thing you didn't chase him, you would have surely went into starvation mode. Good luck with the orange though, they give me some bad *kitten* canker sores. EDIT: because MFP from my phone browser sucks ( sure wish we had access from the app)
