Warm water diet..
So, I started my bulk last week. That got me to thinking ( look out, I'm thinking. Things could get ugly ) if you drink cold water to boost your metabolism when trying to loose weight, would it not be beneficial to drink warm water when bulking? It should have the opposite effect of the cold water, or is my thinking off?…

In my news feed a friend mentioned MFP'ing from the McDonalds drive through waiting to order ( Thanks Jersey ). It occurred to me that I haven't been there in a while, so I think after the gym I may have to treat the family to a dinner out. If we do I will be going with the McGangbang.
