So, I started my bulk last week. That got me to thinking ( look out, I'm thinking. Things could get ugly ) if you drink cold water to boost your metabolism when trying to loose weight, would it not be beneficial to drink warm water when bulking? It should have the opposite effect of the cold water, or is my thinking off? Just food ( or water  ) for thought.
Look out DR. OZ, you have some new competition.

lmao, DAMN. no WONDER i cant bulk! ice water, DAMN YOU0 -
trolling so hard i got my troll shades on.
no. drinking warm water will not slow your metabolism whatsoever or us tea and coffee drinkers will have a problem. bulking is from eating an increase of calories with substantial amounts of carbs and fats.0 -
remember, no carbs after 8pm, stay away from the light, and don't log exercise calories \m/0

Anyone who knows me will now how serious I am.0 -
Drinking warm water won't help you bulk up, and can make you throw up if you drink a lot. Stick to room temperature if you don't want to boost your metabolism and maybe add protein shakes to your diet.0

New warning label on the side of Starbuck's coffee cups:
"WARNING: This beverage is not only warm, but the warmth can cause you to become a fatty. Drink with caution."0 -
I think the same logic could also be applied to the Iced Butter Diet. You could ingest the butter warmed, rather than iced, during the bulking stage of your regimen. Winning :drinker:0

So that's why I've still got flab. Ice water hurts my teeth and I eat after 8pm. Sheesh. Guess I'll have to stop going to the gym after work so I can get home in time to cook dinner and eat it before 8pm :huh:0

And whatever you do, do NOT exceed 1,200 calories a day. Period. And actually, drinking too much water makes you gain weight, so be sure not to drink water, like, ever.
Ha. Okay, I'll stop now.0
