Yes and in fact it's even more effective the hotter it is. I recommend microwaving the glass of water for about 5 minutes prior to drinking.0

Warm water is tasty when tea is involved. :drinker:
I got nuthin' to add here. :laugh:0 -
I think the same logic could also be applied to the Iced Butter Diet. You could ingest the butter warmed, rather than iced, during the bulking stage of your regimen. Winning :drinker:
But half the fun is gnawing on a frozen stick of fat.
Gnawing DOES burn more calories..... my sister's boyfriend's cousin's aunt told her so.0 -

:noway:   Thanks that is a nice oneSo, I started my bulk last week. That got me to thinking ( look out, I'm thinking. Things could get ugly ) if you drink cold water to boost your metabolism when trying to loose weight, would it not be beneficial to drink warm water when bulking? It should have the opposite effect of the cold water, or is my thinking off? Just food ( or water  ) for thought.
Look out DR. OZ, you have some new competition.0 -

Microwaved water is deadly. I read a study, that proved that microwaved water poured into a potted plant would actually kill it, therefore I would never ingest microwaved water.0 -
Either that, or eat 1199 calories a day, and that will make your body go into starvation mode, and you will hold on to all of the fat, and gain weight.0
