I like them both. depending on mood, if I'm feeling ghetto? it's Mcfrurry, if I"m feeling rich? it's all Blizzard.

Welcome. As you can see the group is kind of small (feel free to advertise the group ) Sounds like a fun project I picked up a '67 f100 this fall, the winter weather set in before I had a chance to start anything big on it.

Came in expecting an awesome lifting thread......
-
Yeah, I wish there was a way to pimp the group without looking like an attention *kitten* ... Life gets in the way so I really am not on the forums that much at all, but I did wind up picking up a project (not the mustang I was looking for, LOL) a '67 f100. It's got typical rust issues for the age and state I live…

I hope O.P. is feeling better........

This is why I always cried on the way to picnics....didn't want that damn bear to steal all my food.

If you have to use Santa, and the threat of not getting gifts to get your kids to listen and behave...your parenting may be lacking.
-
Wait????..... Santa is not real? Next your going to tell me there was no princess and no pea either...pppffttt. I will let my kids have a bit of an imagination, for a while yet anyway.

You may be starting to have piriformis muscle / IT band issues. When mine flare up they radiate to my knee pretty bad. But, form video would help.
-
You'll need a wider squat stance...
-
Look how fat he is anyway...hardly an abs, pfft

Our kids always want to go with us when we lift and as soon as the gym allows them(12 I think for our gym) they will be. Until then they are stuck in the kid club.

It varies from day to day based more on hydration level for me.

Sand..... There isn't much sugar in sand.

4 days a week. 3x5 on compound moves and 3x10-20 on all accessory lifts. was following 5/3/1 but fell off programming for a bit (my mind and life got in the way) trying to rebuild some strength and heal an IT band issue. hope to be back on 5/3/1 soon.

I would still log, but bring calories up to at least maintenance until you feel better.
-
take some of this or some of this or you can stack them, to get even better results.

Do all four "big" lifts (deadlift, squat, bench, overhead press) 3x5 or 5x5. There should be enough recovery time only, doing them on the same day once a week.
