Check craigslist. Most times you can pick up everything you need for pennies on the dollar, then research beginner lifting programs.

Unless the Focus is the svt, and the dart is the srt 4? ( I really don't know the performance models of the imports ) the bold part invalidates your list.

Meh..I lifted about four hours after having an I V taken out, all went well. Just in case bring bleach wipes, you never know.

I know this is a diet and fitness site ( and I did not go through every page of this thread ) but I don't think anyone has covered this part of the equation. They need more yield out of these crops. Corn = ethanol, soybeans = biodiesel. Using food for fuel is poor choice IMHO.

I have never understood people that base knowledge gender. When ever I meet someone ( of either sex ) and the topic of vehicles comes up, I assume they have the same if not more knowledge on the subject that I have.

I wouldn't drive with your car on "E" too often, it will go into starvation mode.

+1 for farmers walk. To add a bit to them either wrap a small towel around the grip of the dumbbell to make it fatter, or buy a set of fat gripz. They both work wonders for improving grip strength.

The only things I have found are, stalls that happen sooner and small injuries take a bit longer to recover from.

Just watched some of an episode. Jessie has been around for awhile ( and seems to know her stuff ) I remember her from spike t.v. Extreme 4x4, I've never seen the other two.

I'm sure you could eat more, I would do some checking around and see. Also, your weight loss goals may be too aggressive.
