  • I am the same way.... but I haven't lost an ounce!!! Staying under calorie and burning 300 to 500 calories a day. Making sure I am drinking water. Cut out alchohol.... I think the 36 age tells it... Our bodies are holding onto fat or something. Guess I will look at some of those websites too. I am thinking I am not eating…
