Nuts! just a small handful will boost your energy and help you get the fats you need:) Even though it's a strict diet i would recommend making sure that you get all the other nutrients you need, variety isn't such a bad thing.

I used to be the fussiest eater on the planet. I don't know what happened but it just went away I also only ate dry pasta and plain food. No sauce, my foods couldn't even touch on the plate, i'd often have my foods on different plates. i lived off plain chicken breast and basmati rice. Then when i got into a long distance…

i gained 7lbs last week on my vacation, i believe it could be possible. i would say just let it go and go back to regular eating for now. good luck and enjoy your vacation

oh man, don't even get me started on this... 1) build endurance (specifically be able to sign up for 5k and 10k's with confidence) 2) get stronger 3) to be able to look back and see progress and my body getting stronger (running further, faster, easier than ever before) 4) i want to be super bendy and flexy and agile and…

I don't really like the idea of cheat days. If i set a day to eat lots of treats once a week like every saturday or something, i'll just eat them on that day for the sake of it because it's marked on my calender. I usually just let my cravings go on a frenzy whenever need be. About once every one/two/three weeks i'll just…

i literally just pack boxes all day

I never throw away food, i eat every scrap on my plate, always. And i only buy what i know i'm going to eat. I always hated the diet tactic of 'leave a third of what's on your plate to control portion size' like honestly what on god's earth is the the point in that, it's just a small thing that makes me incredibly angry.

Barbecue chicken and bacon cheese melt! with some roast potatoes, broccoli and spinach. It was delish and I wanted a treat meal

I'm in the Midlands in England. I would seriously love it if i could meet some people from mfp but distance is always an issue

Aw wow thank you so much everyone. This has boosted my confidence so much, i've found one i like the look of and i'm gonna sign up first thing tomorrow. I'm looking forward to it so much already now:D

I think running is something you either love or you don't. I don't think you can force yourself to enjoy it more. I started the C25K 7 weeks ago too and from the first run i loved it. I would recommend looking into an exercise you enjoy and look forward to doing. But what ever you do, good luck:D Also congratulations on…

16lbs in a year...didn't have much to lose in the first place though, i just want to maintain:)

This always happens in the morning hours when i first get up after breakfast. I probably oversleep if anything and i never eat after my dinner at 6pm so i' not sure if this has something to do with it. But i just never get hungry at night.

This is quite possible but i find it very hard to keep myself busy. I don't have a job yet and there's no volunteer opportunities where i live and i don't have many people i can socialise with. There's only so many times you can go for a walk by yourself to keep busy.

I've just started week five, i love it. It's incredible seeing how much stronger your body gets with every run. I thought i'd never even make it past the first day! it's the most enjoyable exercise i am taking part in at the moment

I feel great, it keeps me nicely full and i just love it. Fish is by far my favourite food! And nope no doctor, just word of mouth from friends and family. I know i should take what i hear from peers with a pinch of salt but i always like to double check other people's opinions.

I like to have big breakfast and lunches and little dinners. So i usually save around 500-600 calories for dinner. Breakfast is around 400 and lunch(es) around 800-900 (i eat like two/three mini lunches throughout the day)

On the website under the home options go to 'check-in' and you can update your weight there:)

Luckily with my job i'm on my feet and walking all day long so i think this'll make up for it a little, thank you all though for informing me:)

A little different but I have many friends (more like acquaintances but whatever) that in one breath will mock me for my healthy eating habits and picking salads over burgers but in the next breath will complain and say they wish they could look like me and that i'm so 'lucky' to have my figure... even though i work my…

As everyone is saying everybody's body is different. Personally i lost my boobs first and kept my fat everywhere else and looked so out of proportion so this motivated me even more to continue working hard until the rest came down with it. I can only recommend the same to you, keep at it and you're body will lose inches…

I hate juice and smoothies. I just can't feel full on a drink. I need solid food to feel like i've eaten.

Another runkeeper fan here :)

My boyfriend. Until i met him i was just over eating myself into oblivion screaming 'I DONT CARE IF I GET FAT' to anyone that confronted me. It was fast food for dinner every single day, 8-12 chocolate bars a day and my diet was just 95% junk. When i met him i found a reason to take care of myself again. I wanted to make…

Brazil, sultana, almond, peanut and hazel nut eat natural bars  i know they aren't very healthy but i'd pick one of those over a chocolate bar any day Also scrambled egg, spinach and cheese on lightly toasted bread has been my lunch like 5 times this week
