My typical weekly routine consists of a mix of low weight, high rep sessions and visa versa as well as a spin or bootcamp lesson or two a week. i'm not sure if it that's classed as an intense routine worthy of eating them back completely

I have tried switching it up and eating more in the week but i still end up eating the same on the weekend just because i love unhealthy food and fried breakfast and ice cream and yeah. But so because i'm trying to build muscle exercise is more important?

working out is definitely easier! it keeps me busy and is fun. where as i have a huge sweet tooth and love food and eating ALL the time

i don't know al that much about deficits but all i know is that my personal trainer is always telling me to eat more and that i need atleast 2300 calories a day at minimum. if i'm eating around 2000 calories a day i'm happy...all the numbers and maths just over complicate something that i enjoy way too much

My pooch will never leave. I lost too much weight earlier this year and looked horrible and gaunt every were else but my tummy pooch still remained even then. I've now happily gained again and am accepting and loving of my tummy:)

Weight naturally fluctuates by 1-3lbs a day. Have a set time in the day you weigh yourself, you're usually lightest in the morning. Highest I logged was 4500 calories on a holiday where for 6 days I never ate less than 3500...I gained a couple of lbs but lost them as soon as I got home and back to normal again. I could easily eat 10,000 calories of I wanted to, my stomach is bottomless and I love food far too much.
