Completely normal, everyone's stomach is flattest in the morning because you haven't eaten anything yet. The more you eat throughout the day the bigger your stomach looks. Even the fittest athletes bloat. However some foods can make certain people bloat more (eg: diary, broccoli, too much sugar even from fruit) Even food…

My biggest motivation is my progress. I think that's why it was so hard for me to start but once you see and feel change it makes me want to keep going and be the best I can be.

'First of all, men and women can do the same workouts perfectly fine (if you are worried about getting bulky, read the next question). If you want results from lifting, you should be lifting heavy (=challenging). Using the machines at the gym can be good enough, especially for beginners, but in the long run you should…

I agree on the inner debate on whether or not to stop to pet a puppy or a cat so much ahahaha.... other thoughts that consume my mind are: 'oh look another runner! should i wave? i'm gonna wave and show support to my fellow runner *waves* ....oh god he just ignored me oh god oh god oh god why did i wave?' 'ahhh a curb is…

I'm 5'4 and started at 133lbs and now at 119lbs (just gained an extra 5lbs as of very recently as i went too low for a while) I can understand exactly where you're coming from, it's so much harder to get support sometimes. I'm always here if any of you guys want to add me:)

Bumping my own post, ooh I'm a little embarrassed haha

My stomach is a bottomless pit, i never feel satisfied. I can eat a large pizza, 6 chicken tenders and a large fries and still want more (infact that's what i used to do everyday) but then i decided self confidence and being healthy was worth it so now i'd rather eat a reasonable amount and be fueled for my day but still…

Bump! i am in deperate need for new music for my playlist. SW: 133lbs (mid 2013) CW: 112lbs GW: i don't really have one, but i do know that i want to gain a few pounds and then i'll be happy. I think i've lost just a smidge too much. I was never really 'overweight' i just used to treat my body like a waste basket, i would comfort eat on complete junk (so much chocolate and fast…

I either check the menu or online for nutrition values or just don't log it because without the numbers being provided by the restaurant there is no way of correctly guessing. It's one meal, enjoy it and forget about the numbers for one hour.

This question goes through my head daily

I usually eat 55% carbs. anywhere between 180-210g a day. I need my carbs otherwise i get insatiable hunger, low energy levels and binge a lot

The C25K program is the holy grail of a running beginner. It builds you up at the perfect pace to avoid injury and over training. Also as of recently i recommend cross training, i've been running 4 months and it's the only exercise i do and whilst i'm strengthening some muscles and probably over working them others are…

i may have described where the pain is coming from wrong. it begins a few inches above my ankle. I'll have to wait until i get a doctors opinion on it then. I will definitely refrain and rest until they give it the all clear.

oh crap! my mistake. you're right. I jumped a little ahead of myself there without fully reading the post.

Spin instructors are super pushy! you did the right thing for stopping. I had to stop after 30 minutes on first two classes due to the same thing, it was really scary to stop as everyone around me was still going strong and i didn't want people to think i was weak but it's always best to listen to your body so well done…

Fruit salad is very good for you in moderation like everything else. As said before if it's homemade then fab! eat away without worry! but if it's pre packaged fruit salad then they often add sugar to it (especially if it's marketed towards kids e.g school lunch fruit grab bags) so be wary of that. But if it's fresh and…

At the minute I'm at a comfortable 9 min per mile pace for up to 5 mile with no walk breaks (unless absolutely nessassary) and I run 4/5 times a week. I wouldn't consider myself a very fit person though.

Spinach, chicken and cheese is my classic go to sandwich for on the go. But lately I can't think of anything better than scrambled egg on lightly toasted Warburton thins

I'm a rock fan at heart but when it comes to workouts David Guetta is what gets me pumped...especially sweat and turn me on. But other than that queen, motley crue and poison get me going pretty well too.

I'm not a expert on the subject but how can someone do 250 squats with good form? I'm sorry for my negative input but I don't believe any of the 'challenges' are effective. But hey ho if it goes well keep is updated and prove me wrong.

i figured that the figures it gave me were a tad high, i'll just have to take it with a pinch of salt by the sounds of it

I've actually found logging a binge can help me as I often overestimate how bad it was. Also you can keep track of patterns. I soon looked back and realised that I always binged in the mornings after having a small dinner or being restrictive for a few days earlier so I'm now able to find a balance and rarely binge. That's…
