Face, neck, shoulders and chest. I am very pear shaped so losing it on my upper body was pretty offputting for me at first because I looked so disproportionate but after LOTS of hard work it's finally hitting my legs and hips. I've given up on my stomach though.

100% normal, in my opinion if you don't allow your partner to watch it you are an incredibly unreasonable person. It's perfectly normal for people of both sexes to watch it.

i eat an equal amount of carbs per meal (i don't mean to, it just works out that way) which is about 50-60 grams each. Without carbs at dinner i won't feel full or satisfied, i need my sweet potato fries!

My novice advice would be to start the C25K programme that lasts 8 weeks (it's fantastic) then go on to the C210K and from there you'll probably be able to train the rest of the way on your own (i'm not aware of any further programmes but you could have a look around) My main tip would be, be patient! you will get there,…

I understand that diet is a big part of it but i have been focusing on that for a long time now i eat very clean for the most part and have a calorie deficit.
