I eat very clean. Lot's of whole grains, lean chicken breast and fresh fish and fruits and veg. Processed food is almost non existent now in my diet. Greasy, sugary, fried, junk food and all that jazz doesn't even appeal to me anymore.

Have what ever you fancy, don't even look at the calories. For one meal just enjoy whatever you want to eat. That's my personal advise for eating meals out anyway.

I'm sure all answers will be the same to this but i'm not even sorry to say that eating only 800 calories a day will not help you lose weight in a sustainable or healthy way. Y'all are gonna have to exercise and my motto is always 'eat better, not less.'
