  • I ate back my calories - it encouraged me to work out more often and id have starved to death otherwise. Im so hungry on work out days.
  • 1. Drink a cup of water as soon as you wake up in the morning or at least 1 before you leave the house for the day. 2. Keep water on your desk or in your work area -- a bottle that holds at least 16 oz 3. Work out more -- you'll need water then ... and you'll burn calories 4. Get rid of other non-water drinks in your house…

  • just rest or go for a walk. your body gets stronger when you rest ....(assumes you are resting from having worked out at some point of course)
  • Consider a personal trainer. It's the best investment you can make for your health!
  • Def a Polar -- they have all kinds of ways to sync the data, but I mannually enter it into MFP because it takes zero extra effort. The data is stored though and you can analyze it outside of MFP if you so desire.
