Fiber One Chocolate and Oats....140 calories....I love them!! I eat one when I have a sweet tooth! And I think they are almost to sweet (but I am not a sugar holic) so it may be perfect for you! They have peanut butter ones too, but I DO NOT do peanut butter so I have no idea how many calories or how they taste.

I know its weird how your body tells you it needs something!! While we are making these changes with our eating habits, I think its important to notice things like that!! Listen to your body!! When my iron gets low, I HAVE to eat ice....I mean HAVE to...But when my iron is under control (like now) its not so bad!!

what is the difference between the fit and active for the wii?? I have the fit, should I get the other one??? Someone on here said he will use egg beater in a micro container add veggies, alittle cheese and throw in the microwave and you have a quick yummy omlete!! You could prepare the night before!!!! I am going to try this out too!!!

I have been staying under...but not sure what the real answer is, I would like to understand this better as well!! Per MFP I am supposed to eat 1500 calories but after working out I am sometimes allowed up to 2000 calories!! Chug lots of water right before you go...itll fill you up. But if your like me just one bite and your in trouble....dont even give in to one bite!!!! Stay strong....resist!!! LOL Excuse yourself when it comes to the table and go outside and make a phone call...hopefully it will be gone when you get back to the table!!

IDK...I do know I dont see alot of difference in how my clothes fit at 8lbs less either. Last year when I lost 30lbs, I didnt see a difference until I lost 15+. If you get the answer, please post. I am very curious about this!

I drink ALOT of crystal light every day and I count it as water and I dont count it in calories, it is calorie and sugar free!!!
