You can tell which of you skim and which actually read the post. OP Didn't LOG (food or exercise) for the 4 days, "I did log in...for the 4 days" This has happened to me too. I log in from my phone, but I don't log anything, streak ruined.

I use Zombies, Run! with a playlist OR just listen to music. Using earbuds I can hear more than I would be able to in the car for example. I'm in a cover band so I'm able to pick apart what each instrument is doing and that keeps me preoccupied so that sometimes I forget that I'm running.

I have it. It's pretty cool, like a live action video game if you really get into it. I set it up with WinAmp so I can listen to music in between the dialog.

Agreed! Even though it took me what seemed like forever to get the scale to move, my body isn't so soft anymore. I wish I would have measured things before I started but I can tell my arm fat is decreasing, my legs and butt don't have so much cellulite and my stomach is getting flatter. Woo!!! :happy:

I just got a Fitbit Flex last weekend and I love it! It's really shown me how little I do while I'm at work so I try to make an effort to move around more, park further away at the store, take the long way around etc. so I can meet my daily step goal!

Laugh off her stupid comments and focus on your goals. What she says should be taken with a grain of salt anyway. When you're ready to get serious about losing weight let her know as she shoves a cupcake in her mouth? Pffffft!! Do your thing, girl. :flowerforyou:

With so little weight to lose it might take a bit for the scale to move. Be proud of your NSV's. You'll probably start seeing a change in your physical appearance if you haven't already. If that's the case you may be replacing fat with muscle which would probably prevent the scale from moving. I've learned not to worry so…

I just ordered some Altra running shoes but I wear them to kettlebell and circuit as well. I love them because they have a wide toe box and I have wide feet. You can tell it has a more natural shape than your typical workout shoes.

Focusing on fitness doesn't mean pushing aside everything else. I did that for awhile, what a horrible decision. I didn't even want to go out to dinner with my family and friends for my own birthday cause I just wanted to go to the gym. Never again. Try to balance Faith, Family, Friends, Finance and Fitness :)

I think both are guesses really. The app can't tell for sure the amount of calories burned unless it has all your stats too. The best way to know the exact calories burned is to get a heart rate monitor.
