Before After. It just all went to my hips and stomach

3 weeks.

It was CRAZY how fast I gained weight. I threw my body out of whack bc I was on a strict workout regime and then completely stopped working out and eating healthy. So in those 3-4 months, I packed on 30lbs like it was nothing. I'm staggering at 180-185 right now, so I actually gained closer to 40lbs! Haha so crazy. I do…

My Nordic track treadmill calculates the calories based off of my height and weight. I run 6-12 miles per day though so I'm positive I'm not over calculating lol and nope, not breastfeeding. Hypothyroid though so that makes everything difficult!

Oh no, I'm definitely logging every single thing I put into my mouth. So far today I'm at 1400 and I'm absolutely stuffed. But I ate 12 egg whites and a boat load of vegetables and fruits. I literally can't eat anymore lol I'll get my cardio in and that'll burn around 600, and then I'll lift. I think my body burns 1600…

I thought 2.5lbs per week was a reasonable weight? That's what I was losing consistently for months and now that I'm leaning out nothing. Maybe I need to decrease the calories I'm eating? I feel like going under 1200 is unhealthy.

Depending on what I eat it ranges between 1200-2000. I eat mostly raw foods so it's hard to get all of the calories I need without completely stuffing myself. If I need extra I'll eat some almonds.

b I'm 5'10 and 169lbs. I'll get yelled at for this but I usually do 1200-1500 calories per day. I eat mostly a raw diet so it's hard to get a ton of calories in without over stuffing myself! I eat a ton of almonds for extra calories though if my exercise for the day is crazy. I don't always lift every night but I do my…

So if a giant salad and a little cupcake have the same amount of calories, you can eat the cupcake instead and still lose the same amount of weight if you would've eaten the salad?

quote="Hornsby;32331727"]I eat something sweet every day. Just fit it in and hit your macros. That being said, I would reevaluate your calorie burns from exercise as 1000 calories per day is pretty dramatic and highly unlikely. [/quote] I'm a runner. I run 7-10 miles a day and lift every evening. It doesn't take much for…

Care to share your recipe? :p and definitely not petite. I'm 5'10 with a pretty athletic build. I'm a runner, but at an incline. That counts as hiking right? lol

They definitely fit into my calorie goal per day. I'm a pretty clean eater and eat mostly fruits, vegetables, and lean meats. Super boring but it helps with cutting fat. The clif bars occasionally just keep me sane! Lol Id imagine it's better than a snickers bar or cookies bc of the protein and fiber values.

As stated above, spot reducing is impossible. I actually had the same problem as you and I'm still working on it. Running is the only thing that is really making that extra stomach fat disappear. I do an incline program on my treadmill called "trail runner" twice a day. It's two miles of slow jogging at a max incline of 6.…

I lost mine to suicide too. Dropping all of the weight is such a huge load off of my shoulders bc not only did that weight represent that bad time in my life, but my continual struggle with self blame! Being a healthier me is not only helping my body physically but it has definitely helped me mentally! Now rather than…

I had a baby in October of 2013. During my pregnancy I was up to 245lbs and my baby was a whole 6lbs! Lol so since giving birth last October, I've lost 70lbs. I got down to 225lbs by doing nothing, but I was stuck at that weight for a while so I started working out mildly. I got down to 210lbs, got stuck at that weight,…

I guess I'm just not understanding why I'm suddenly very sore when I've been running for months. I do 3 miles incline and then 2 with no incline focusing on speed. I do lift, but mainly I squat, do lunges, and sit-ups. I just bathed with some Epsom salt and I feel a world better!

Ditto, babes

Hey, everyone starts somewhere. Typically when I see something that doesn't add up, I politely try to inform the person that maybe that isn't the way it works. I'm also a loving person so bashing someone who is new or misinformed isn't really my thing. It goes to show how many people feel the need to bash/bring others down…

Oh wow, some of you are a little passionate about this huh?

Yes, I eat the 90%. It's pretty bitter though. I just really like cooking so I tried something new. ;)

Definitely! Like I said we are super into natural healing and foods. My mom is an herbalist so we are always getting great advice. Coconut oil has so many pros. Great immune support. I give it to my 14 month old every day and he's super healthy, knock on wood ;) I use it in my hair and on my skin as well and my skin is…

And all foods definitely are not healthy. All foods that you can grow in a garden and raise on your own, now that's healthy!

We are a 100% organic eating family, so I fully believe that what you put into your body is super important. Through extensive studying and research, I've found that personally for my own body, there are certain foods that up my metabolism. Take chickens for example-on a cold day you can give them cayenne pepper to make…

Mmm! That's sounds delicious!

Coconut oil is a healthy fat, which naturally boosts the metabolism. My thyroid doctor told me to up my coconut oil intake for weightloss and I though he was absolutely insane! Since doing so, my skin is healthy, my hair is healthy, and I've lost 41lbs all together. :) I use organic unrefined honey which acts as a detox to…

Yes, I have my period! Lol I was getting so excited be I'm almost under the milestone I wanted to meet and then suddenly the scale shot up six lbs. I felt like skipping lunch but I figured I couldn't possibly gain six pounds of fat over night. Lol the struggle...

My husband doesn't diet at all! He likes deep fried everything yet he's built and has a six pack! I don't eat past six o'clock, and he is at work all day. I usually make what I want for breakfast lunch and dinner, and then I will make him something for when he gets home. It's a lot of cooking but I'm a housewife so I don't…
