Hip pain.
I run a lot. Every day between 6-10 miles. Lately I've been experiencing hip pain that feels like a pinched nerve. I'm not over weight, but hip problems do seem to run in the family. Skinny chocolate
has anyone ever tried this? It is ahh-mazing! You melt coconut oil, cocoa powder, and honey into a pot and then pour it into a tart pan. Refridgerate for one hour and they are ready to go. I've been replacing all sweets with one of these if I have a craving and I'm losing weight like crazy. Worth a try for yall! ;)

Is it normal to gain four lbs in one day?
My weight seems to fluctuate terribly. My weight will fluctuate four to five pound from one day to the next. I'm burning six hundred calories a day with cardio and doing small amounts of weight training, along with a strict diet! I don't understand what I'm doing wrong here. The only junk I eat is an occasional protein bar.
