Finally on track!

I've messed with my fitness pal for about a year now on and off but never really stuck with it. FINALLY I make sure to log in every day and at least post my calories burned per day. Totally helps me stay on track with my exercise regime. Since using this religiously for the past month and a half, I've lost, waiiitttt for ittt! 22lbs! I cut most sugars, breads, and processed foods out of my diet and eat mostly fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins. If you stick with it yall can do it too!
