Getting back on track.

I've been horribly sick for a week, and I've definitely fallen off the wagon in the mean time. Between canned soups and sandwiches and ginger ale, I've been way over my calorie goal and way under my nutritional goals. Tomorrow is the start of a new week and I know it'll be hard to get back on track. I've gained 5lbs. Any advice? Thankyou!
