Healthy dinner ideas.

I'm getting so bored with the food I've been eating that now I just don't even want to eat! Lol breakfast is usually egg whites and cooked vegetables or protein pancakes, lunch is a big salad with my source of protein, but I need different dinner ideas. I try to keep the majority of my carbs before 3pm, so meals with a lot of breads/carbs is a no go. Suggestions?
