My goal I set for this challenge was to get to 173 pounds I weighed in today and have reached 171 pounds so excited and I have stuck to my exercise plan

I never asked about the complications that Could Happen and wish I did as I ended up with a few different complications and didn't expect it as I thought I would have no hassles (that wont happen to me) lol

I also was wondering do u eat three meals a day and two snacks or just three meals I have been told both depending on the person or web site they are all different What do u recommend and which one do u do ?

I can relate I am sick of the pain cant sleep food taste yuck I am not hungry at all n some times wish I never had the surgery but it can only get better from here on I had my surgery on the 8/11/13 around 2 half weeks ago

Hi all I had my sleeve done 11 days ago I have been on the liquid diet for a week my dietian says to increase the volume from 60 ml in 60 minutes to 200 mls in 60 min over the next week does this sound correct I am just concerned its a big jump up over the next week anyone can tell me what or how the done this?
