  • Try Shakeology. Really tasty (at least the vegan ones) and all kinds of good stuff in them... You can message Kristi at themountainsun on here for info
  • Great Points!! There are also some really great tips in the book "Stop your Cravings" by Jennifer Workman--lifestyle changes that can make a huge difference. Starving yourself (calorie deficit too low) is not sustainable, nor is the weight you lose that way. Working with a lifestyle or nutrition coach is a really big help…
  • protein protein protein...
  • Definitely this chica--delts, biceps, and abs....
  • In 4th grade, I had gained some weight and my family doctor prescribed diet pills for me.. This was a very long time ago (in the 70's), but how messed up is that! Anyhow, I would never ever take them again. They mess with your metabolism...and I am still paying the price for that.
  • Me too. I only eat sustainably grown animal products from farmers that I know, otherwise, I go vegetarian/vegan. Try to only buy organic local produce as much as I can, and raise what I can in my garden. I'm not a big processed food lover, although I LOVE cheese and have mostly replaced milk cheese with a brand of rice…
  • Totally agree with BryanAir. Steel cut oats are the only way to go. All the others taste like elementary school paste to me. I eat it with a little honey, almonds or pepitas, and a little almond milk.
