  • I have a body bugg. I love it. It's what the contestants on the Biggest Loser wear to track how many calories they burn per day. Although they are crazy and wear it all the time, I will usually just put mine on when I'm actually working out. It has really helped me keep track of how many calories I'm actually burning.
  • Make sure you are getting enough sleep. No matter how much you exercise, if you aren't getting 7-8 hours of sleep a night, your body doesn't have time to digest all of the wonderful things you are doing for it. Resting is just as important as the good eating habits and the exercise.

  • Jennie-o Hot Turkey Sausages! I made it yesterday with Whole Wheat Pasta and Tomato sauce, TONS of protein and kept me full all night!
