I use my polar ft7 heart rate monitor and find that my calories burned are usually less. I think MFP calories burned is a bit generous.

I'm 5'10. the lowest i have been was 145 and wore a size 10. Now i weigh 175 and hoping to get down to 140. I have incorporated a lot more strength training in the hope of losing more inches.
