Thank you, that is a really good point about the skin. But I do intend to do workouts that will keep my skin tight and shrinking. I will do some more research on it, I appreciate you bringing that up.

I've seen your ticket, and I congratulate you on your loss, but I literally throw up if I eat a lot more calories than I already do. I have stomach problems and I can't eat that much food at a time. Thank you for the advice though.
