I work out 5 days a week...on weekends I relax...but I do go to work and walk a ton there.

MFP has my calories at 1490...but I find it hard somedays to get 1200. But it has worked for me so far.....I have lost more weight using this site than just doing it on my own.

I know how you feel. I have lost 7 pounds in 9 days...but I am doing everything right...eating right and exercising.

We don't have a cheat day...but 2 cheat meals a week. And we usually go to a resturant...like if I am craving a chicken fried steak I go get one...but I get the lunch size and still only eat half of it. Now I am not gonna go cheat and overeat...like 6000 calories a day.
