  • My main thing will be not getting to comfortable after getting home from work. I work 9 hours a day at Walmart and if I get home and sit on the couch my day is over...lol. So its get home, eat dinner at the table, then change and immediately hit the gym. I can relax afterwards.

  • Between 1300_1500. I have a few meals a week I eat whatever and I don't count those. 13 weeks into my journey and 28 pounds down.

  • My starting weight as of Jan. 7th. was 250 pounds. I am 5 foot 7.5 I now weigh 228. My 1st goal is to get to 200, and I will see how I look from there. If I am not happy then maybe 175. I tend to hold my weight well. Maybe it helps I have big boobs.

  • I am currently working on a 3/4 sleeve. Monday I got the inside my arm worked on near the armpit and the next day I did my normal walking of 4 miles. I just tried not to move that arm too much because it rubbed a little. But bow 4 days later I can hardly even tell I got worked on.

  • OCT. 25 2014 here. I have 37 more pounds to go until I reach my goal for the wedding. Once I reach that goal 25 more. I'm not buying my dress until July so maybe I will reach both my goals by then.
