Whenever I go over my planned calories I make sure I incorporate some exercise to make up for it. Endorphins make you happy :-)

Hey....feel free to add me, been here for a month....used a different app before. Lost 10 pounds last month. I log every day. Love being so in control of what I eat....and taking accountability when I wander off the straight and narrow :-)

I've been trying to do 1200 cals a day... not always easy... but I seem to be winning... I do make sure that I eat lots of veggies and fat free or low fat products... I also try not to waste my calories in drinks. I do have the occasional sugary treat... absolute chocoholic... in any shape and form...
