  • ...I totally agree. I love baking with chocolate and keeping my diary open reminds me that everyone will know what I ate (because I track everything) so now it's all about fruit instead of chocolate ;-)

  • I haven't had a speeding ticket in 5 years... the last time I was pulled over I was about 19 and I was able to play off the officers ego.. he was pretty cocky so I told him he was hot and he blushed and let me go... Looking back I laugh, but totally wouldn't suck up to a cop now.

  • of course if you burn a ton of calories, then eat something afterwards to re-nourish...but if I only burn a few hundred calories and it's close to the end of the day I will only eat something light like a small salad, veggies or fruit... nothing heavy that will undue the calories I just burned
  • Don't eat big meals... eat everything in moderation, but eat often...   • thats awesome!! .....Sometimes working out is the hardest thing to do, but I have looked into several types of exercise to figure out what I like best... so far I hate running, but love biking, walking and basic cardio at the gym. :-)
