Depends if it improves circulation... Most stubborn fats are there because of poor circulation to those areas, heat does infact improve circulation, so it's debatable but entirely possible.

Yea, I could increase the size of everything else, but the only problem is it kind of goes against the body image I'm trying to obtain. Like the classic tapered look.

The first is for legs, I'm looking for lower back. The second two don't seem like I'd be able to shift much weight without some special kit. Thanks for the advice though.

Personally I stick with 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight, I often exceed this though. I try to get most of my fats from sources such as nuts and fish, basically sticking to monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats. My carb intake is usually highest in the morning with things like oats and then I cut it back…
