I hear ya, any sort of things that are high in fat, sugar and carbs!! Candie, chocolate, chips, its really rediculous! Add i find that it 100X worse around that time of the month!! Thats usually when i break downa and cheat a little!

When I first started on MFP I was trying to lose 2 lbs a week which to me didnt seem like a lot.
