I'm totally with you. I eat so many sweets. My advice would be to workout more (so you can enjoy SOME sweets) and drink more water.

I came back to this for more support. I've been doing okay for me but... I can't. Stop. Eating.! Working out 2-3 times a week for four months. Hope all you are doing well.
