Try not to eat too soon before exercising, make sure that you warm up properly and are not cold when you exercise, learn how to breathe properly and control your breathing while you are running. Personally I think your calorie intake is quite low, maybe you could try eating more for a couple of weeks and see how that goes for you. Also do you have the time to exercise a bit more? :)

I think you should try going back to calorie counting and you can always incorporate the slimming world theorys into your calorie intake, do the red and green days, still log everything and try to stay within your calorie goals. If you love Chorizo though...... fry a bit off in your pan first and get your omlette cooking in it will taste fab and so flavourful!! When I say fry I mean.... when you cook the chorizo, oil will come out of it and you can use that for your egg. I don't mean FRY IT ...fry it!! I don't think I'm making sense! :(

Yesterday I had subway, it fit into my day and I had other meals and I didn't go over, I think that it's fine as long as you're not starving yourself all day just to eat a burger king or something, you seem pretty sensible from your post so I'm sure what you're talking about will be fine for you! :)
