This is a big issue for me because I absolutely love drinking cocktails! And fruit juice is definitely not great calorie wise when you add it to a couple of shots of something or other!

I was seeing results on the scales instantly but it took me about 40lbs before I was really seeing a BIG difference in the mirror, I could see small changes but that was when I thought that I truly looked so much better. You will get the results if you put the work in!!

I would move onto week 2 and I would just take your running really slowly, if you jog slower and you feel good, you can always pick the pace up a bit! :) Good luck and keep going, you will get fitter faster than you think!

If you are comfortable with the pic go for it! If anyone reports you they are a douche (IMO). I think swimwear, etc, the least clothing possible pics are awesome for showing progress, clothing can hide so much of you and doesn't always have as big an impact but it is down to you if you want to do it! :)

Aww I gained 2lbs from going to bed to waking up one morning and I was like whaaat!!!! It happens and again I'm one of those who jumps on the scales whenever I see it, drink lots of water today and hopefully it'll come right back down!! :) Big hugs. Yeah but I still log it all or else I feel like I'm lying to myself and just trying to make myself feel better which I shouldn't otherwise I won't try as hard. It's whatever works for you though! There is no law to say you have to log everything you eat on mfp if you don't want to!! :)
