I really don't know how to post pictures, I really hope this works heh.

I started my weight loss journey the first week of February, weighing in at 250 lbs almost.

3 Months ago, a friend who is also losing weight... gave me a pair of her pants that were getting too big on her. I was wearing a size 20 when I started... and these pants were a 14.
She assured me if I kept working hard like I was... I'd wear them in a few months. I assured her I wouldn't get into them until next summer.

To my joy!!!!!... last night I was getting rid of pants that don't fit and decided to try these on :) They FIT!!!!! Over my thights, my butt... I couldn't believe it.

For the first time since February... I feel like I really have lost 62 lbs.
I still have another 30 to go, but I thank God for the strength I've had to get this far :)


Take time to enjoy the journey along the way. It's easy to get caught up in what you haven't done yet!

    GREAT JOB!! It's awesome to fit into smaller clothes....especially those that (not too long ago) we thought we'd NEVER get into! I've found clothes to be some really great NSV's, for sure!

    Congrats on your weight loss.. thanks for sharing, I was just here this wkend when I was getting dressed and my pants were tight.. ugh, I got discouraged, and had a pity party for a few days, but your words of enjoy the journey while you are on it and not just focus on what you havent is awesome advice!! I get so caught up on the scale, anyways.. thanks again, you go girl..
