definitely the gym...even my fiance says "hon, not to be rude, but you need to go sweat it out, you're being a b!tch"...I also do reiki, but haven't for a long time...it's hard to find an hour of complete peace to meditate lol0

75% of my stress comes from work, and the remaining stress comes from my family. Since I can't physically take it out on them (without going to jail!), I take it out on myself physically. I either pop in one of my TaeBo DVDs, or head out the elliptical. By the time I'm doing with either one of those, the endorphines have done their job, and the stress is gone.0

everybody has said my favorite answer.
If it's something that I'm frustrated about (a person or something), I take it out to the driving range...but people stare when I start screaming. I have a punching bag at home.
If it's just me being overwhelmed, then I make lists. It helps me stay objective and moving forward about what's stressing me out. If I can deconstruct the problem, or put a timeline together, or make a to do list, divide and conquer... whatever... I feel better.
Then I can have sex.

When I am at my worst .. I mean ready to explode .. The thing I need the most is a good cry. THAT is like taking a pill for me.
If I am pi$$ed off .. I tend to have the overwhelming urge to clean my fridge .. I know! I know! Yes .. that is REALLY weird..but effective.
Which brings me to mind .. I haven't done that in a while .. so I might just have to break down and do it for no good reason at all (other than it needs it).
When I need a get away, just to get away from the office, or home .. I go for a ride on my motorcycle. It's amazing how much peace that alone can bring me.0
