I used to walk or run all of the time when I was stressed that turned into curling up with a blanket and a bunch of pillows with a HUGE bowl of ice cream and LMN movies til I couldn't stay awake any longer. Now I have reverted back to walking but I am interested in seeing what you guys do...

it's always been eating, but i do love to go for really long walks when the weather's nice enough, and i find that cleaning, of any kind, really does a great job of taking my mind off things0

When I'm stressed you'l find me walking. That is a pretty good indicator that I've reached my maximum limit of BS. I love my elliptical and 30DS for daily stress relief. AND why is sex not everyones answer! lol jk0

I second this, Oh and Cleaning. I clean to keep my mind off things.0 -
75% of my stress comes from work, and the remaining stress comes from my family. Since I can't physically take it out on them (without going to jail!), I take it out on myself physically. I either pop in one of my TaeBo DVDs, or head out the elliptical. By the time I'm doing with either one of those, the endorphines have done their job, and the stress is gone.0
