Don't know if this has been asked before but just a little bit of fun!
What are your top 5 foods in your food diary that are most used?

Mine are:

1) Cherry tomatoes
2) Lettuce
3) Cucumber
4) Red onion (raw)
5) Curly Wurlys

    Options
    1) onions, mushrooms and red/orange peppers - go in everything to pad meals out
    2) mangetout, babycorn and brocoli - my veg combo of choice, with pretty much anything.
    3) Crumpets and tortilla wraps - good alternatives to bread for sandwiches and breakfast instead of toast
    4) Garlic and chilli - for flavouring, when not using high cal sauces
    5) olives and air-popping corn (having invested in a popcorn maker) for snacking during films.

    There are my most used foods, only because breakfast is my only consistent meal. Every day coffee with milk and sweeter and to eat either chex and berries or gf bread with eggs and cheese.

    I eat the same breakfast everyday (PB, apple, stevia and oats) but strangely enough, oats don't appear in the top foods!
